Teresa Reed is the new Fire Chief for the city of Oakland California. Chief Reed previously held the post of the number 2 person in charge of the San Jose Fire Dept.

The Museum is the host of various types of events. From Weddings, Baby Showers, Birthday Parties, Book Signings, Film Viewings, Graduation Ceremonies, Retreats, meetings, seminars, town-hall meetings and fundraisers.
