What a beautiful turn out at the 2nd Annual Fire It Up! BBQ Competition. We would like to send out a special thank you to all who joined us in the festivities. The results were in and it was a landslide of perfection! LAFD Chief Antoine McKnight came in and put in work this past weekend at the 2nd Annual Fire It Up BBQ Competition Winning: Peoples Choice, Best Beef Short Ribs, Best Chicken, Best Brisket, and Grand Champion! Chief Mcknight is doing major things as always. Promoted to Assistant Chief recently. We’d like to thank our volunteers, silent auction donors, and creative direction team who made this all possible. Our contributing team we have a great thing going. Let’s get going on round 3!
