Levisa Wade is an Event Planner/Caterer who owns her own business, Levisa Wade Events. Mrs. Wade attended California State University, Northridge and the University of Phoenix where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management. Prior to starting her own business, she worked in the sales industry as a pharmaceutical sales representative specializing in cardiovascular medicine. Mrs. Wade started her first company at the age of 21 where she designed logos and marketed sportswear to the Los Angeles Police Department, Los Angeles City and Los Angeles County Fire Departments.
Mrs. Wade is on the Board of Directors for The African American Firefighter Museum. The mission of the AAFFM is to collect, conserve and share the heritage of our pioneering African Americans in the fire service. She has been involved since their doors opened and is very passionate and proud of her contribution.
Ms. Wade is also active in supporting and raising funds for autism awareness programs in support of her autistic son Darnell Wade II.
