Tavis Banks grew up in South Central Los Angeles and has spent over 25 years in service to the public. Mr. Banks has focused his energy on the customer service and healthcare industries, and has managed Education and Training Departments for a non-profit organization since 2013. He was a Registered/Certified Pharmacy Technician for 20 years. During his time working in hospital, retail and Pharmacy Benefit Manager settings, Tavis found a passion for educating others around him and has spent over 15 years in the education and training profession. His experience includes Technical and Customer Service Training, Instructional Design, Quality Improvement, Team Building and Leadership Development. Tavis holds a Master of Arts in Management degree from the University of Redlands and enjoys music, sports and spending time with his wife and four children.
